Quality Inn Clermont West Kissimmee

The front desk attendant was genuinely warm, kind and helpful. Great smile. I like that this hotel was easily accessible and in proximity to everything this area has to offer!! It would be a great place for a vacation on a budget. The room was fine! A little dated, which doesn’t bother me a bit. Things seem to age more quickly here in FL. I do a bed bug check every time I stay at a hotel, despite the cost or perceived status.... no bugs here!! My critique is usually the same.... Housekeeping doesn’t seem to detail clean often enough. (*hint: don’t forget to check around the sides and behind the nightstands;) I understand that they’re short staffed. Clean sheets, comfy bed, great location. I would come back.

This is a very nice hotel. We've stayed in many of the hotels and resorts around Disney over 4 decades and I can say that this was a very nice hotel. It's convenient to the south and west entrances, It's clean, people are friendly, coffee is good, price is low and the location is quiet, what else do you want in a hotel near Disney world?

Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, and enjoyable our stay was. One of the best exterior corridor hotels that we have stayed at. For the price, we were more than satisfied. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, well maintained property. We would be happy to return.

Not the greatest and not the worst. My wife and I stayed with our kids for 2 nights while we visited Disney World. About a 20 minute drive to Disney world. It was quite during our stay. Not the cleanest place but not super dirty. We would stay again. Price is Right.

Overall I was really excited with the quality of my stay, I had a two queens size bed room even though I was staying solo. It was nice to have a second bed and everything worked really well, I was little worried as the AC didn't sound well enough to work but it actually worked pretty well. The only thing I would say is that staff here is really off, maybe better training or just hiring people of a sales background would really go a long way. As one guy had no idea to help me when I was doubled charged and just randomly said have a nice day.

So far, this is the best choice hotel that I've stayed in the Orland/Kissimmee area!! Very Clean and friendly!! Very helpful if any issue were to arise. It lil more than other hotels in the area, but I feel it's worth the lil bit more!! Update: I would also like to add that the afternoon desk bell hop is very rude. I over slept my last stay due to the hot water being COMPLETELY out. Front desk said it'd wouldn't be long. I waited until 4 a.m. and it still wasn't fixed. So I slept a lil late and the man come down there hollering. Saying I should have been out. Sorry guy I am a DIAMOND MEMBER I get a 2 hr late checkout, so actually, u kicked me out early. Then, as he was all up in my space in my room, he found some clothes that were left in the room and tried to force me to take someone else's dirty clothes. Why would I leave my own clothes? Pushed them at me Saying, oh we check the room. Well guess u didn't that day buddy cuz they aren't mine. Truthfully, I felt very disrespected, and other people had to me he was that way. Now I saw it for myself. Probably why they are so empty all the time. The owner should be aware of how his employees treat people who spend their hard earned money to stay there. He's a creep and thinks his job is REAL important. Bro u r a bell hop at a hotel. Calm tf down some. No one cares that u work at a hotel.

They have a wonderful staff. Very friendly people. Nice clean rooms. First night there I slept like a baby. Wake up to a nice breakfast and drink. I would stay there again. Only one thing i didn't like is some of the first from out of town don't respect handicap parking. They park in the handicap parking and don't care if a handicap person needs it. Like this person from Indiana tag number 716BXP. Shame on you.

I have stayed there 5 times over the last year or so. Haters please remember you get what you pay for. If you want new luxurious rooms, go pay 300.00+ per night. (And then you will complain about their prices) The rooms are dated but clean and the internet works fine. It is close to about anything you want to do. Denny's is right across the street if you need more than toast, donuts and cereal for breakfast. The faucet may leak water here, but when staying your wallet does not leak money.
